Tell your passenger to put the seatbelt on, or tell them to walk. I’ve never let anyone ride with me without a seatbelt. I had one person from work tell me “I don’t like seatbelts” and my response was “then I hope you like walking”. ---

[/quote] If they were hit by a drunk driver and were 100% not at fault fine. But Hogan decides to ass clown and causes the accident. Looking at the car the passenger probably would have been screwed with or without a belt. Bottom line, if you’re going to assclown, do it with only you in the car or expect legal consequences if you hurt someone else. ---
