# Nike+ Sport Kits for iPod

Anyone use the new ones of these?

Functionality is in my iPhone and looks cool but not sure if just the kit works or does the sensor have to go inside a Nike shoe. Is it something that goes in a specific spot or does it just sit in your shoe?

I use the wirstband version.

The sensor slides into a recess in Nike+ shoes, you don’t feel it.

My wristband sync’s via USB to their website and tracks your runs, it’s pretty neat. I’d recommend it :tup:

Nike running shoes usually have a place for the sensor, or you can just buy a pouch for them to fit in. I use it to track my running progress. Its pretty accurate, if you want something more accurate you can get GPS watches that would do a better job.
