Get as much water out as you can, put it near a heat source (or use your heat gun) for a while (I dunno, half-hour?) and put the oil in. If there is any water left in there, that little amount won’t hurt your motor, just set the petcock to ‘reserve’ for a first couple dozen miles so it runs the water out and than switch it back to ‘on’. Well, that and get the bike running within days, not weeks so it doesn’t rust it. ---

use the compressor and blow it out then do the above^^^^^ (so it gets most of the water out) ---
