# nissan 240sx electrical problem

soo my 240 got broken into a week ago and ever since has been acting up. It seems the battery goes dead and the car options:lights and stero start to go off and soon the hud starts to go off and i get a very jerky feeling and i cant accelerate hardly and soon i cant accelerate at all when stepping on the gas. i changed the alternator about a month ago so i doubt thats it help please

What exactly was damaged when it was broken into? There was nothing wrong with it before? The dead battery sounds to me like a short in the system. Check the wiring to the alternator is correct. Check for shorts in any wiring that was disturbed in the break in.
