Anyone have a diagram of a 1996 Nissan 240SX’s Intake from Airbox to the Manifold? In the late stages of a swap, and the guy doing it wants a factory airbox, he says the cobjob one in there won’t cut it. Now, I did order an AEM Short Ram to replace it, as well as a Z32 MAFS and a new Air Charge Temp Sensor. Is there any reason THAT set up might pop a CEL? ---

Yeah you cant just run a Z32 maf without some kind of air/fuel tuning device or ecu change. ---

Okay, Say I had an SR20( I’m not sure if it is an SR or KA MAFS or if they are interchangeable…) MAFS? ---

What code is it throwing? You will have to stick with a KA MAF ---

Well, I’m not sure, the mechanic is being a little finicky with me. He said it’s throwing a code and I need a stocker because it doesn’t have an Air Temp Sensor. So, if I got one, paired it with the correct MAF, would the AEM Intake throw a code? ---

The AEM intake shouldnt throw a code. I’d find out what the code is though. ---

Well considering he’s _almost(as in like the 4th time almost)_ done with the swap… I’d love to, he kinda told me to go fuck myself and that he was busy (cuz my car was a project), but I had kinda already paid… In full… So… I will not be going to him after the 240 comes home thats for sure… ---

definitely find out what the code is first, and then figure out what you need from there
