Turboed at 26K kms 45K kms not miles currently on entire car 03 trans at around 18K kms Ballbearing T3/T04E turbo - turbonetics hotside Garret center Precision cold side Log Manifold 3" downpipe 3" open exhaust with N1 style muffler Spearco extruded tube FMIC with endtanks welded FIR Spec-V intercooler piping - needs complete replacement Tial 35mm wastegate w/10.5psi spring 72lb MSD injectors Walbro 255lph pump Forge blow off valve Autometer boost and oil pressure - added egt, water and oil temp O2 sensor, MAP sensor, air temp, water temp sensors Arais pistons - raised wrist pin 8.5:1 comp Pauter rods - 4mm longer than stock to match piston ARP bolts and Low tention rings Jim Wolf Technologies camshafts JWT valve springs and retainers (cleaned and burnished valve seats) JWT balance shaft removal kit JWT top feed fuel rail w/ return line port AEBS head stud kit AEBS main stud kit New Nissan crankshaft and bearings stock headgasket - incl 3 layer metal gasket Place Racing full engine mounts no longer avail. JWT clutch and flywheel combo 14" slimeline fans trunk mounted battery HKS evc boost controller Car received a 2003 transmission before turbo build with taller 1st 2nd gears. Total paid at this point was $13,896.50usd NOT INCL STANDALONE system but does incl. 1397 labor charges at Polk Performance where the motor was opened up and had the crank sensor replaced and remounted and flywheel bolts redone with transmission dropped. No other labor yet. Car was built with a TECII at this point and taken to Polk Performance Inc. Went with TECIII before tuning TECIII ecu $1850 harness $160 DFU $140 3 bar MAP sensor $89 I wanted to get the car back to Polk Performance not only for their reputaion but the fact that their bill was more than reasonable for the 32hrs work there. They recommended TappAuto (auth tech tuner) in Ottawa so off I went for final tuning. $800cad later (tuning alone) the car made 391whp on a Mustang at 17psi There was also a rewiring bill of around the same. They worked from morning until over an hour after the shop closed. I felt I wasn’t getting enough out of the car two winters back and the car seemed fully sorted finally so I sourced out 1 of 2 authorized dealers that Electromotive recommends off their website. Off to Strictly European Motorsports in Scarborough Ontario. Cold weather idling was reset and a total of 12hrs on the street and 3 on the dyno were done at this time. The car made 370saewhp with 91oct at 16psi. Around $2400 was spent here, mostly tuning. The car is a new animal. Software and firmware upgrades done at this time too. Other stuff incl in car Gram Light Pro 17" rims needs tires possibly winter wheels JIC flta2 R33 rear bumper 2 sets of front splitters fiberglass and carbon EVO5 sides Carputer screen to be finished. XS Aluminum rad from Evo8 2pc short shifter prob a couple little things I forgot but still incl. Car runs and drives fine but needs new headgasket installed, Cometic incl just showing leak (closed deck motor) There is some light cosmetic damage to paint, but no rust or anything crazy, a couple key marks to white that were filled with black. Video is no where near power of car.
