And your rules section wasn’t written from scratch either. Most parts in there are generic clauses that were copied from other forums. Seems like whoever started nissannation took the whole ‘borrowing’ thing one step further and basically copied your _entire_ forum layout. That’s a bit more serious, I agree (I’d be upset too), but it still doesn’t negate the fact that TNC also copied parts of other sites. This shit happens all the time. Is it worth a court battle?
