# No front plate ticket

it cant be behind the windshield? thats kinda stupid if u think about it. cuz upfront on the bumper, theyre usually shit smeared in the winter, so u cant see em, but if its behind the glass you can see it cuz wipers clean the glass. and nobody will get out of their car and wipe off the plates
