# No More Filibusters

I can’t believe this clown is now a senator. How did the courts resolve the counties that had more votes than registered voters or how every contested ballot was counted for said clown?

Apparently there was some sort of case law established in late 2000. I can’t remember what exactly :gotme:

Wait a minute, theres only 1400 registered voters in garfield county!

Easy. They resolved it because neither of those things happened.
