You are takeing a much much greater chance by no wearing one than you do by wearing one. Remember, though it does not seem fast, a 35 mph crash, while not wearing a seatbelt, can cause you to go through the windshield. The car stops moving, you do not. simple concept of inertia. And object in motion (you) stays in motion untill acted upon by an equil or greater force (the windshield/street). In which case you are being picked up with a sponge. Sorry to be redundant but I can not stress enough the importence of wearing your seatbelt, but hey…it’s your life. ---

I can’t even drive to the place next door on the quiet side street without my belt on. it feels like the world turned upside down. I always wear mine. ---

I broke my car windshield with my head because I wasn’t wearing one. Seat belts FTL :tdown: If not for the air bag I probably would have gone THROUGH it. Little head to windshield impact over whiplash any day :tup: I started wearing mine regularly since then though 😉 Lol… ---

If i wear my seatbelt, and get into an accident and die… then i do. If i don’t wear my seatbelt, and get into an aciddent and live… then i do. If i dont wear my sealbelt, and get into an accident and die…then i do. If i wear my seatbelt and get into an accident, and live… then i do. When its my time to go, its my time to go. But if you dont wear your seatbelt and get tboned on the passenger side when they are only going like 30mph and die, then you suck. So instead of having a sore neck, you are dead. You(r logic) should blow me. ---

not wearing a seatbelt is just ghey really. sometimes i dont put my belt on if i am going around the corner or if my back really hurts and i cant reach it without pain but other than that… its on. even more than a safety thing, the belt holds you in place in your seat. i drive rather aggressively and i love to kill on and off ramps all the time. if i didnt have a belt on i would be swaying into the passenger seat. so for that matter, saying seatbelts are ghey is like saying racing buckets are ghey or any racing seat for that matter must also be ghey because it also holds you in place and prevents you from moving too much in the cockpit. its also much easier to take a seatbelt on and off than it is to get out of a fixed, non-reclinable racing seat… +10 for seatbelts… i hate it when my passengers dont wear them. ---
