underage smoking and drinking are old issues, and we all know the government only writes laws about CURRENT issues

in fact, i think they just find shit to bitch about, then write stupid laws about it … just to see if people will follow the idea like sheep

trust me, one day they will right a law that its illegal to drive clockwise around the earth … because that causes accidents …
