# No voltage to IACV?

Alright so, Ive got a 93 vert with a swapped WC s14 sr20det, with wiring specialties harness, bolt ons, on stock boost etc.
I’ve been having this problem for a while and I still can’t figure it out. Car idles around 900rpm, then out of no where it will go up to 1500+rpm and stay there and eventually come back down and repeats itself randomly.
You can drive the car but only if you ease on the throttle. If you try to accelerate quickly it will sputter and cut out.
Checked for Vac leaks, put a new maf on, checked grounds. Today checked the IAVC for voltage as the FSM states, and it has no voltage at all.
Getting pretty frusterated. Any help would be appreciated.

remove, plug, adjust manually.

Make sure its not a fault with the harness itself. You can do this by checking for continuity between the iacv pin and the ecu pin.
