# Noob clutch problem

My clutch pedal is making a squeek noise when i push it in and release. I know all i need to do is oil it but im not sure where, has anybody had this problem before?

Every manual car built will at some point do this lol.
Just grab some WD40 and spray most of the joints on the clutch peddal and spring.

yeah, just look up under the dash and spray some WD40 at any joint in the clutch pedal & linkage like martino said.

Most likely it is coming from behind that rubber boot where your slave cylinder is.

make sure you dont spray wd40 inside the bell housing of the tranny , if any of the fluid makes it way on the clutch disc then youll have to replace the clutch

Ok i fixed it guys THANKS 🙂 I hope i didnt spray it in the bell housing lol, i just went under the pedal and did it there
