Steve is a great guy and a fantastic attorney. Even w/out him being drunk he’ll still likely be charged with involuntary manslaughter.

yep. and if there’s no death, it’s automatically not a big deal. someone (drunk, ofc) got in a head on accident with one of my friends in my friend’s newer charger. combined speed of like 50? anyway, flattened the front foot or so of the charger. didnt do much to the drunks beater ford. my friend and the other 3 people in the car walked away, thank god, but the drunk only got 6 months, and this was his like 4th offense or some shit.
