# Not much of a "kill", but...

My car, with myself, two other people, and a hatch full of shit, is apparently faster than a Focus ZX3 going slightly uphill on Route 28.
I let him get ahead and still passed him up… I don’t know why he wanted to race in the first place… they’re both abysmally slow… but at least now i know my car is marginally less slow. 🙂

Interesting, the focus is lighter and has more power, auto vs 5sp or something?

maybe. no clue.
Focus = 130hp, 135ft-lb, 2551lb
Reno = 126hp, 131ft-lb, 2739lb
I have no idea… maybe everyone in the Focus was fatter than us, or the gearing is better in my car, or the Focus was an auto… who knows?

you’d better be bringing something about five seconds slower if you want to step to my Suzuki…lol.
I drive the stretch between exit 14 (New Ken/Tarentum) and exit 5 (etna/rt 8) at least twice a day.

There’s a great stretch to race on 28 between the Rt. 8 exit and the Highland Park bridge.
