arent most windows blown OUT during a hurricane due to extremely low pressure outside and high pressure inside? I thought i heard that somewhere… ---

yea, but at the same time alot are broken by shit flying around at 150 mph … but usualy the idea is to put the plywood on the outside to protect against both pressure changes AND debris ---
