There’s nothing to give up. I asked you a simple question that you cannot understand. You then responded with sarcasm. You could have also responded with a “I’m attempting to make a profit off it.”

I have not once critisized your asking price, I have not ONCE said you’re asking way too much for it.

I’m not taking sides here, but there are things every day that go for the price that others think are ridiculous and outstanding. And that’s just in the car world, I’m not even going to get into the 3rd party examples of some shit that goes for millions when worth nothing to an average person.

For example, lets take an OEM 91 Honda Crx Si, in good condition, no rust low miles, bone stock.

99% of people in the world will think that even 1500$ is too much for that POS that is a death box and has no options, however the other 1% of the world will _gladly_ pay over $4K for it.

Now lets say somebody bought it off a typical person for 1500$, and is selling for 4,000$. Ridiculous? Maybe? Anything wrong with that? Nope, because somebody will gladly pay 4,000$ for it and be happy.

In PantsParties defense, a lot of people will ask higher price then they even think that the car is worth or they should be asking just because of the lowballers out there, that won’t buy a car for the asking price no matter how fair the price is.

They expect the price to go down no matter what, so sellers accommodate to that now days, and ask higher which only backs up the fear of lowballers.

Catch 22 really.

> Market prices do fluctuate and change. **If I bought a house 5 years ago for 80,000 dollars and added an intake with 4 new tires, do you think I’m going to get 80,000 for it today?** No. All you had to do was respond with a yes or no answer, or a simple explanation.

Actually if you bought a house 5 years ago for 80,000, in most markets you could actually get more for it then you originally paid. So bad use of an analogy.

“Quit being sarcastic. This forum is serious business. It’s about being a republican, loving jesus, **and selling cars for more than they’re worth**.”

Lying again.

Also trust me I know it’s no investment. I’m just trying to cover what I owe on the bish.

That was sarcasm. Do you understand it? Obviously not.
My analogy wasn’t a bad one, because it was used to show that values of certain things fluctuate, either higher or lower.
I asked you a _simple_ question in regards to the car.

Anyways, it is over-priced.

KBB lists the car at 18grand for retail value, 15grand for private sales.

Like I said, I asked you a simple question in which you couldve rebuttled with an honest answer and it wouldn’t have gone this far. Instead, you decided to be a bag of cocks and respond with sarcasm and get butthurt when I do it back. =’(

13grand for private, 15grand for retailer.

Since your bored go ahead and google market price vs. book price since you seem to know nothing about it. My dads 63’ Split Window Stingray was bought for $2k back in the day at book price. But he would be an asshole if he sold it for $75 grand now because thats what someone will pay for it right?

holyfuckingshitretardshitdicklicker

I was laughing because you were getting angry, but I get angry when I deal with fucking retards. I stated before _I ASKED YOU A SIMPLE QUESTION_. Okay, contemplate what I just said. Do NOT ASSUME ANYTHING! Just go with this… I asked you a simple question.

I have also said throughout this whole entire thread all I wanted was a simple answer. You could have responded with a yes, a no, or an explanation.

I HAVE STATED that youcould have responded with a “market values change, this is what the car is worth now.” That would be a _FINE_ response. I then brought up the analogy of a fucking house. You told me it was a bad one, but it fit in _PERFECT_ with what I was trying to say to you. But you’re fucking very slow when it comes to reading comprehension and cannot understand that.

So you just responded with a SIMILAR ANALOGY THAT I USED WITH A HOUSE but instead you used a stingray. Goes with market value & demand.

Holyfuckingshit you are fucking retarded.
