Sweet fucking Jesus push this car off a cliff. Seriously. Stop now. Part this car out. Cut your losses. Walk away.

Your caps look fine. They’re not even domed, much less leaking. Something shorted. I got 20 bucks that says the problem is outside of the ECU.
