i went through this entire thread and only saw one mention of LEO stuff by someone and it didnt pertain to my question so i apologize if i missed this being addressed. i keep reading on different forums that there is no more LEO exemption for off duty carry, but, im curious if the firearm is issued for duty by the FEDERAL GOVT am i technically in the wrong for my 12 round magazines? will it still stand with my 50 state legal on/off duty carry permit? ---

just to be clear i dont “own” any guns but i do have a h&k p2000 that was issued to me by the govt that has 12rd mags that is what my question is about since i do carry off duty every now and then ---

Seems LEO still don’t know or know and are trying to fight it. Their legal team still is confused on what the fuck this all means and how to enforce the new bullshit from what I hear. ---
