So it’s a felony if you don’t register and get caught? Even the people voting on it don’t know for sure from what I’ve been following… > Failure to register. There is a rider attached to this bill that address domestic violence. It was to ensure some extra votes. SOP for politicians. I like the one idiot that voted affirmative because Martin Luther King was killed with a gun. ---
