Cliffs: Neighbors had an intervention with him about his recent behavior and ended up calling the police because he was so out there. Basically he’s sure Andrew Cuomo has operatives running around his back yard spying on him. This goes along with WIVB’s Mike Cejka’s early morning pull over of “scoping out” a motorcycle under a tarp and supposedly wearing assless chaps. Although this guy seems to be a bit more out there and probably alot closer to the edge… ---
