I would imagine that you can have the notary court ordered to have to come in a testify. I mean she is the only proof this lady has and if she can say she signed it without your signature,that would get the ex on forgery.

Is this said vehicle still around? If it is find out who owns it and bring them with you, to say that they bought it from her or whoever they got it from.
