Maybe you have a staph infection? You could probably go to one of those immediate care places? with most HSAs you get that negotiated rate and you will only end up paying like $80-100 out of pocket. ---

There it is. MRSA is not joke. If the swelling and redness have decreased it is doubtful he has an infection. Better safe than sorry of course. Pending on how deep the actual “wound” is I can almost guarantee they will pack it with Iodoform. BTW do not sleep on that side lol and make sure you keep it clean. Staph infections can cause septicemia, and becoming septic can and will kill you as it is an infection of the blood (Septic shock, mortality rate is currently around 50% I believe). :word: I was kidding a little when I said it, but I would ask someone who knows asap. A family member of mine thought she had a spider bite and it turned out to be a staph infection. Serious shit. ---
