no, but you can get cheap lil tests from lowes & HD, no idea how effective they are ---

ok, ROUND 2 Just got my offer accpeted on this ![http://www.r-house.com/ResizedImages/Properties/rhBuffalo/L/306861_101_12.jpg](http://www.r-house.com/ResizedImages/Properties/rhBuffalo/L/306861_101_12.jpg) FUCK… now i have to grow up… the positive… the previous owner was an electrical engineer, so there are a lot of cool features to the house, he ran PVC air lines to the garage and back yard and a couple other places. the shed next to the house is fully electric the garage has hot and cold water, and a center drain, it has also been insulated and greenboarded… so i can wash my car in there… the basement has 2 nice workbenches that stay the living room has a wood burning fireplace and electrical outlets on the mantel. ![http://www.r-house.com/ResizedImages/Properties/rhBuffalo/L/306861_401_19.jpg](http://www.r-house.com/ResizedImages/Properties/rhBuffalo/L/306861_401_19.jpg) the backyard is REALLY nice, fully fenced and a really nice deck and brick patio ![http://www.r-house.com/ResizedImages/Properties/rhBuffalo/L/306861_801_53.jpg](http://www.r-house.com/ResizedImages/Properties/rhBuffalo/L/306861_801_53.jpg) and it comes with a free fort that they are leaving behind!!! ---

Looks great for the price, in Elma 170s doesn’t even get the homeowner to clean the house, wash dishes, or use any decorating / appliances from the last 5 decades. How far under asking did you get him? ---
