I’ve had this idea for a while now to make the 1st NYSpeed Iron Chef battle. Have a feverish competition among nyspeeders chefs/cooks, people who enjoy the kitchen culinary art to push the boundaries of taste. **The rules of battle are simple:** - **1** _Iron Chef_ (myself) due to kichen/equipment limitations– and ( **1-2** ) nyspeeder challengers where we must create a three-course meal based on a themed ingredient ( the ingredients is unconventional ). We are going to have **1 -2** (pending) hour to cook, again due to kitchen/equipment limitations ``` this three-course meal most be presented to a panel of judges consisting of 4 to 5 people to be decided at a later time. ``` location and date pending and any ideas or comments are welcome. This will be a fun time! :tspry: Who’s gonna call me out for this challenge? ---

i think you should just have people pay, and make food for everyone cuz everyone seems like they wanna eat and i know I do 🙂 ---

I would rather compete in a mystery basket competiton vs. a theme ingredient. I have taken several mystery basket challenges, one even landed me a job at oak hill CC which is one of the top ten clubs in the country. themes are cool, but it is too redundant to me. I would rather have someone throw 5 things at me and say make something that includes all of this. ---
