good thing mine and my gf’s credit was in good order and i work for the bank i went through (m & t). Had the appraisal fee waived for putting 10% down and very good credit. I also save 1% on my loan rate.

I went with a bi-weekly mortgage. should be paid off in 24 years or less. But i really only have a 5 year or so plan for this house. hopefully i’ll get into another slightly larger house and rent this one out.
