So I ended up having to cut the day short after about 10 runs. Overcooked my coolant and didn’t want to keep pushing it in case the puddle I left wasn’t just from overflow. Taking it into the shop to get it looked at this week…thinking it’s either the water pump or the thermostat.
Anyway, big thanks to HRK who gave me a ton of help in the time I was there.

EDIT: My friend charlie the asian kid went on ride-along’s with a bunch of you and he lost a 1gb thumb drive, and was wondering if anyone found it in their car?

If you look close at the video there was a Miata in the dirt @52 sec… saw that alot, went for a ride in it even better!

3 to 2 mis shift at 95 mph or so, car is knocking horrendously. The car is still in Canada I think it’s being brought home today and being ripped into next week to see what happened.

Ya, misshifted on the front straight, hit atleast 9000, 2nd is 60 at 6k, so 90+ is over 9000. I guess it’s good that the car still runs, I actually did another 2-3 laps checking out the car and it seemed to run ok. Didn’t notice the knocking until I started it up for the 2nd session. Horrible sound when the car gets turned on, and at low rpms. It’s getting towed back today, the truck was stuck in traffic at the bridge at 9, so sometime this afternoon I guess.

Got a new battery for xanders Z06 and it started up :tup:
Great time once again yesterday :tup: thanks again Josh, looking forward to another one before the weather gets bad. (mid-late september ?)
