Come on no one has a place where we can play? I bet if we agreed to a small entry fee so the host can make some money we could get a place. ---

I saw a flyer at seneca that talked about hosting your own game there. Anyone know anything about it. I will try to find out more info on it later. ---

Intresting update I just got from Seneca Poker Room: > > Important Seneca Poker Update > Seneca Poker at Niagara Falls has currently suspended all variations of Omaha games until further notice. I wonder if this has to do with the Bad Beat Jackpot hitting almost everytime in an Omaha game. We brought this up at the table with a dealer last week and it seemed to get some attention. ---

Well Seneca is useless so far, no one can answer my questions about hosting a private tourney. I can’t imagine I’m the first to ask about it. ---

Well here is the story on seneca. We can setup a private tourney but 4% of the buy in goes to the casino and does not count towards tipping the dealer. I figure to make it worth it we would need atleast 20 people. with a 25-30 buy in. ---

Unfortunately the nature of these things is for people to no-show etc, and the original turnouts are always lower than anticipated. Only after a few consistent weeks will other skeptical players join up. I can’t see paying the casino because of our inability/laziness. IMO, less just keep trying to figure something out. In Sept/Oct the weekly game I play in out in cheek will be starting back up, usually around ~20 players, $10-15 buy-in, anyone here is welcome ---
