I am installing my new header but the O2 sensor won’t turn out of my cat. Is there something special I need or what? I can get it to turn a little bit but it jams, I even tried a damn pipe wrench. help. :?

when we were doing my header, we went to a local shop and they just heated that bad boy up and took it out for us. took 2 seconds and we just walked out no charge, it was a good deal cause i don thtink there is any other way of gettin it out casue its pretty fused in there

It’s fused all right. But it will come out just not nice. I am screwed now. So what happens if I run without the O2 hooked up?

Right now i am temorarily running without my o2 sensor and it has a rough idle going between 1000 and drops to 600 also it chuggs when in any gear above 3500-4000rpm. I have also been told that it gives you worse gas mileage but im not driving enough right now due to the snow to notice.
