First of all I know many Presidents have used the Executive Order and imho it way WAAAAAY over used but Obama is out of control, it is like he is saying “fuck it, I don’t need Congress and I don’t care about anyone but my own ideals.”  
This video is not the best but it is decent…

Executive orders issued by Presidents:  
Obama: 129  
Bush: 290  
Clinton: 363  
Bush 1: 165  
Reagan: 380  
etc.  
Also, Congress refuses to do ANYTHING worthwhile until after the election. Just stupid shit like voting to repeal Obamacare for the 33rd time. Someone has to run the government.

EDIT: Googling this just returned a bunch of conservative nonsense sites. Rush, the heritage foundation, other crocks of shit. Can you post a link to the actual EO?
