My mom is selling her house in Cheektowaga. She is having a open house TODAY from 1-3pm House was insulated last year, and has a wood pellet stove as well as a gas furnace. With the pellet stove on the gas furnace is very rarely ever used so heat is extremely cheap in the winter. Central air conditioning. 4 bedroom 2 bathroom **huge 4 car garage** + extra room on side of garage for storage. The garage is extremely well lit because we were doing painting in it for a while so it is awesome to work in. 2 car wide driveway with awesome neighbors on both sides. I think asking price is around 110K This is a kick ass house for a car enthusiast ---
