# Odd turn signal issue

put chuki bumper on today… on a 91… so… the wires were still there…  
on the turn signals… the wires were still connected to the bulb socket…  
plug em in… they work… no problem.

my drls… wires were cut… so i wired them back up to the sockets i had for the drls… and… nothing… checked fuses… im pretty sure its the relay…

but the real issue… when headlights are off… no issue… turn signals work… hazards work… when i turn on my headlights… both signal leds come on in the cluster… and when i flick the signal left or right… itll click once… and then stay on… im not sure what the issue is… wondering if anyone has had same issue before i dig into it?
