It will get overturned if he fights it. The federal gov’t created the DOT to control these regulations therefore a cop nor a judge has the ability to supersede or rule against the regulations. As previously stated this sounds like a cop and judge on a power trip where there is a corrupt police and judicial system. ---

Well he clearly painted/tinted his tail lights. I can see where they are giving him a problem and this article isnt even correct. Read the facts people and stop believing everything you read. ---

did you look below the article? that first pic is a stock tail light photo, apparently not what the “victim” was rocking on his car at the time of the ticket. ---

blacked out tail lights don’t have bright brake light output. it is a stupid mod to do unless you are trying to get rear ended. ---
