:word: If that were America the guys who took him down probably would have gotten fired/sued and that guy would have gotten his job back after getting a doctor’s note stating that he has a disabling anger management problem.

I’m learning all about this kind of shit in my Workforce Management class. Apparently you can fire someone for being skinny, or fat, or really fat, or really really fat, but you can’t fire someone if they reach the point of “morbidly obese” because then they’re disabled and protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. :bloated:
