HAHA, here is the reported question that Miller asked the ref when he was told to go fuck himself. “Is it difficult for you to see the bullshit calls you’re making with Crosby’s balls in your face?” Came from the website [deadspin.com](http://deadspin.com) so I dont know if its true, but it is pretty fucking funny. ---
