As of right now the top 2 players are ovechkin, kovalchuk in my opinion. They both are amazing play makers and goal scorers. But both are different styled players in a way Ovechkin always finds the loopholes in a defense and always makes great plays and makes the players around him better. Kovalchuk has one of the most accurate shots ive ever seen in my life,he always puts the puck exactly where he wants it to go. he is more of an individual player and makes plays with him self breaking 3 players in a single rush by himself and still scoring the goal. ---
