Currently, players are voted into the Pro Bowl by the coaches, the players themselves, and the fans. Each group’s ballots count for one third of the votes. The fans vote online at the NFL’s official site. There are also replacements that go to the game should any selected player be unable to play due to injuries. Prior to 1995, only the coaches and the players made Pro Bowl selections. Prior to 1995 the pro bowl selection actually meant a damn… Now its to make the Pro Bowl something people actually care about. In my eyes its a stupid fucking game (any all star for that matter) no one tries, no one cares about winning… its a worthless game, where athletes can get really injured by some first timer getting over excited ---

all sports all star games… there should be no fan voting… it should all be based on stats take the top 2 or 3 in every posititon based on stats no voting or anything ---

You are an idiot. Its like the League MVP, subjective but its the player that creates the biggest impact. And Stats for Lineman… please… who actually keeps track of pancakes, or think of the guy that faces teams with solid Defensive lines and is dominant. But has no pancakes… and has let a few more sacks past than say someone that is in a week division. probowl voting is a popularity contest… peters has done nothing this year to warrant that selection. just look at favre… compare his stats to rivers this year, and rivers didn’t make it. also the nfc team is way better than the afc team just from looking at the rosters ---

get off of peters jock all of you…if he hadnt held out now of you would be on the holier than though kick saying hes no good or any of that crap. the people in this area need a scapegoat and he makes for an easy target because he hurt the team. the other players and coaches put him in not our fans our fans couldnt even get lynch the third leading rusher in the afc to the probowl. i’m sure none of you think he deserves it but riddle me this… who in the afc is a better left tackle…(dont worry ill wait) he cleared the way for a 1000 yard back and a quarterback who would have throw for 3500 yards if he hadnt lost his damn mind so check the stats and tell me a better left tackle in the afc who should be in over peters its amazing that everyone on here is a stud and supposedly wouldnt fuck half of the girls pictures they see on here yet you are also experts at playing offensive line in the nfl which is reserved for the big uglies. ---

HAHA… Anyone who thinks Peters is deserving of a Pro Bowl selection is a fucking retard or atleast blind in both eyes. He has gotten blown up alot. It is GLARING how miserable he is. Yes we are all biased…HE IS A FUCKING PRO BOWL TACKLE AND SHOULD NOT GET FUCKING BLOWN UP. HE SHOULD NOT BE LOOKING FOR MORE $ IF HE CANT BLOCK MEDIOCRE DEFENSIVE ENDS.
