The virtual keyboard seems better after the upgrade. Its much more accurate when typing fast. Dawn find someone with an updated Droid. ---

What email apps are you guys using? Do the emails go right to your phone? Have a friend who works in the data portion of VZW and he said as far as synching goes, because the phone was created with Google, a gmail acct should be created and then you just forward all your other emails to the gmail acct. Is this only true for synching and not to be worried about if you’re using an email app? What are you guys using to monitor acct info like banking and credit cards? I was reading there’s an iphone app that manages all that from one app, keeps em all together and updated real nice. Wondering if it’s out for the Droid yet. ---

I’ve messed with some in like BestBuy’s and shit and the keyboard was absolutely trashed. Thinking back I’m actually impressed on how fast those keyboards got annihilated. Then I was playing with a friend’s Droid and it was infinitely better. ---

I always used gmail before, so it was really convenient to just punch in my info and get my mail. At the moment, I do not get, nor do I want to get work email on my phone. Once we’re migrated from Notes to Exchange, I will likely want it. That will be dependant on google implementing active-sync policies (remote wipe/PIN/encryption) though. ---

Yeah never thought of that… Tunerfreak: did the update definitely fix your wireless issues? I had mine replaced last week because the casing wasn’t on right or something and it would cause the headphone jack to come loose (pausing my music) just by touching it. The new phone hasn’t given me any problems on my wireless network like the last one did. ---

calling eris people - whenever i plug my phone into the radio to listen to music or put my headphones in the phone sometimes the music tracks skip and fast forward them selves. A couple times it called the last call i had in my call history. I have no idea why it does it, anyone else have this problem. another thing is does anyone know where I can find a list of the notification symbols and their meanings. I am talking about the symbols that are in the bar at the top of the phone. ---

You know, I have Touchdown, and I’m enjoying the non-integrated style of work and play emails and shit. ---

The keyboard sucks super bad on this phone and the software seemed slow. Anyone use the HTC with the android software yet? just wondering if its another shitty phone by motorola or if the software just sucks balls ---

Was talking to a friend of a friend during the UFC fight on Saturday with a Droid… said his friend at VZW said there is another phone coming out running on the Android OS? Said it’s a little bit bigger but to hold out for that? Anybody confirm/deny this?
