I talked to my cousin, The one that is a NYS Emergency response officer aka SWAT. He told me he was in one of the choppers, and had the guy in his Crosshairs but couldnt fire becuase he had his hands up… UHHHH i wanted to slap him through the phone

I was doing a football standby for the fire co and I was hangin with my trooper buddy and he got the official call on his radio that bucky gave up…I was like “awww God damnit, I wanted them to kill that motherfucker”.

now he can suffer a bit… if he was dead then he doesn’t ahve to suffer going through all the shit that he’s got to go through now.
I still say it will be hard to pin the killing on him. He’s out in 15-20. ☹

When he goes back to jail he will be on like God mode. The inamates will love him. he is a cop killer, and evaded poelice for months, hes got it made in the slammer. i hope he “trips” down a few stair cases myself though. After all…accedents happen ;).

Someone came into sears today an flipped on the local news channel and the next thing i know i had 10-15 people huddled making all kinds of comments about bucky. Its kind of a shame that he did get caught without gettin shot at least once. It woulda been good for the front page and some national news not that it wont be there tommrow morning anyways. Bucky is proof that you can fight the law an the law will win, hundreds of troopers and helicopters, dogs and thousands of dollars in overtime. What is americas most wanted goin to do about tommrow nights show now???

Thanks for the play-by-play guys. I was stuck working in a firehall in Williamsport, PA all day so I had no idea this happened.

But that gap is closing very quickly…
All the confusion about the difference between infrared and thermal imaging can be summed up as light (at any wavelength) != heat.
I’m glad we cought him. Now he can be prosecuted and convicted, not go down as some redneck vigilante martyr. Now lets get those gallows built.

The only thing that can get you qualified for the death penalty in new york is if you murder a police officer or murder a witness in a crime that is due to appear in court
so he has
one count of murder = death penalty/ class A1 felony
2 counts of attempted murder of a police officer= class A felony
and over 17 counts of grand theft auto

there is no court in the country that will lets this guy get out alive, im not sayin that he wont get the death penalty anything can happen in court but i hope he does i wana be there hell i wana give him the lethal injection he deserves every bit of what comin
either way he is in prison for life, if not getting the death penalty
