I don’t have a problem with them gone so much as the nature that it seems they were lost. Drury could’ve been kept, and I think that is where lies the problem. Briere was gone. You could tell after the last game the way he stood there and took it all in. Between that, and him listing his home for sale, it was quite evident he wasn’t planning on playing in Buffalo again.
