I think we can still pull out Carolina, but we are missing half of the defensive core right now. it is going to take themost intense offensive backchecking, as well as standup plays from our AHL boys. I have a feeling that we will be seeing Pom on defense. ---

this could definitely get sticky without tahLEENderā€¦if teppo isnt ready for game 4, shit could get ugly in our own endā€¦jillson can hold his own, janik canā€™tā€¦ pominville should drop back to d with jillson, recall vanek back into the roster with novotny and weā€™re set ---

As good as the sabres are, I would be lieing to say Iā€™m not a little nervous about our D. Half our main guys are injured and weā€™re really stretching their limits. I hope to god teppo is able to play game 4 =x ---

Whatever happens tonight the sabres are still up 2-1 and i get at least 1 more week of sabres hockey. I am gonna go tonight, sit in the box and cheer my head off. All i can say is that i amd shocked at what this team has done this year and they have bounced back from bad situations before. Im pretty confident. ---

lol, our ā€œblack-and-blue lineā€ :biglaugh: theyā€™ll come out strong. while we havenā€™t had this many guys go out at once during the regular season, we still played well when we lost our ā€œbig-nameā€ guys. pucker factor ++ roloson last night got his ticket punched tooā€¦ 6-3. ---

Perseverance is the Sabreā€™s motto this year. And I watched some of the Anaheim-Edmonton gameā€¦ CRAZINESS. At least half of the second period was played with atleast one man in the penalty box. There were points where it was 3 on 3 hockey for almost 2 minutes. I had a feeling the Anaheim was gonna come out fighting. Now both series will be atleast 5 games each. ---

ugh. janik and jillson. wow. i thought jillson played pretty well wednesday night, so i have a bit of confidence in him. i wasnt too happy with how janik played, though. it would be sweet if carolina came out swinging and the double Jā€™s shut them down, but thats going to be a pretty high mountain to climb. LETS GO BUFFALO! ---
