battle of who can score more goals lol… both teams have goal scores who can rack up the points… nj and car are both more system teams, while ott is more of a pure talent team

i dont think hasek will be playing, so that would be a :tup: for us…
i have a feeling this series is gonna go for 7 games…
and whoever we have next, will NOT by any means at all, be easy to beat…(given that we beat ottawa…which i know we are very very capable of doing)

I wouldn’t say VERY comfortable, but definitly confident. I am glad we got Ottawa and not anyone else, I fear Carolina/NJ more than anyone else in the East.
Who you think is going to take the West? Im kinda liking Edm., with Rollie the Goalie!

san jose in the west no contest
i personally DON’T feel confident playing ottawa, but i feel MORE confident playing them than jersey. we showed all season we can’t stop their power play when they have their whole team…which now they do…soooo its gonna be a HUGE challenge for us no matter what…

We have a good chance against Ottawa in this series. But the Sabres cannot fall into their old ways and let the presence that Ottawa have over power them before they even step onto the ice. If they can keep their heads about them and play smart, Buffalo can win.
And we have to do something about Chara, the alien that he is. I think of him as a bigger threat then the entire line of Spezza, Alredsson and Heatley.
