NJ got handed a team that wasn’t meant for playoff action in the state they were in. They rolled in with steam,a nd the Rangers, especially without Jagr, were defenseless. Carolina is a damn good team too. As for the Sabres… There were a lot of negatives… But all I can say is that they showed a lot last night. They never let the Sens get away with the game. They kept within a goal the whole game. And battled back no matter what. Yes. Miller did give some rebounds. But at the same time, the defense needs to do a better job on getting in there moving the bodies, and clearing the puck to the back corners. I expect to see a different Sabres team on Monday. They made some errors. But they WILL learn from them and clean them up, like they have all season. And with the Sens. I think they don’t have much they can do to their game. They played like themselves. I don’t think Emery is much better than what he showed… I still think the series will be a long one. And WTF happened to colorado last night?!?! Talking about Anaheim dismantling them. ---

lol…the best part of game 1… me and mike (tpgsr) went nuts when they tied it up…and were going screaming and what not…and we were surrounded by philly fans cause were were watching the game at a bar in PA :lol: ---
