finally something fab porn-able. My first time let loose on a metal lathe all by myself. becasue not race car. no, really. The lathe isnt a quick change, so to cut threads, gears need to be calculated and changed, too much work for no need. The bore is + .004 to the shaft on the shifter, it needs a tap with a dead/blow to slide on, the set screws arent going to let that thing move anywhere! ---
