I’m gonna go ahead and say you deserved EVERY bit of your banning.

Step 1: Play Forza 3 online weeks before it comes out in USA.  
Step 2: Get User ID banned.  
Step 3: Create new user ID and continue playing illegal copy of game.  
Step 4: Console banned.

You should’ve learned a lesson the first time.
