This way we weaken a little in the D zone, but have a solid goal scorer to help Vanek out by drawing some attention from him. So he can have an open crease sometimes to make plays. ---

Ehhh, I dont want to see any more prospects. The amerks had a nac for bringing them up but who knows what kind of an organization we will have next year to baby our new players. I want to see some big names. ---

el oh el @ getting rid of campbell, replacing him with paetsch and thinking you’ll only lose a little bit on D. That the same kind of stupidity that claimed we’d replace Drury and Briere with AHL callups. Real game changing all stars like Briere, Drury, or Campbell aren’t easily replaced and anyone who thinks they are clearly doesn’t know hockey. ---

Knowing you can’t replace campbell with paetch is hardly knowing it all. I think this season’s results compared to last season have proven we didn’t do a very good job replacing Briere or Drury. I’m just tired of listening to people say “just let them go we’ll find someone as good with our callups”. No, you won’t. He’s a two time all star, 4th on your team in points (as a defenseman no less), and plays against the other teams top lines. As for politics, it’s easy to look like you know a lot on NYSpeed.
