TBH I have no experience with one. I’d love to see and drive one and live with one for a few months to see ya know.

I can say that any small 4cyl diesel would make that thing cry uncle HARD. a 4cyl diesel (minus my silly 2 stroke shit)in a 1/2 ton is going to get you close to if not over 30mpg.
