How fast were the cars going that they could cut them off at 90mph?
Or do you just not understand what “cutting off” means.

If two cars are traveling in separate lanes only a short distance between the two causing the bikes to shift lanes… that could cause one of the cars to get cut off. Sure the bike might just shift lanes in front of the car and be gone, but it still cut right in front of the car causing the car to react incase the bike either goes down or any other issues happen.

Not really worth arguing but if a car is going 60 and a bike is going 90, even if the bike moves over 10 feet in front of the car in one second the bike would be 142 feet away.
Hardly “cut off”.

Might be the dude that owns the place across from Dashes on Main in Clarence.
I felt bad for the dude, I never see it out in rain… saw it parked out on Friday when it poured!!!

Cars driving uneffected by bikes -\> not cut off
Cars driving normally after all 10+ bikes were stopped in the 198/Medaille intersection blocking cars in a green light and all decided to rip by on dotted yellow line between cars causing cars to apply brakes = cut off.

Saw this too on North French I believe around the same time. I was outside of Amherst Ale House at the time, looked good!
