i think he will come out of it since it is medically induced…but i think he will come out to a power struggle and AJ will want to join the ranks now that he flunked out of school

To me that sounded like arty buco’s wife, before him and carmella got married they were supposedly a couple. Who knows they might be leading up to one of those, “if you married her” plots. Either way coma tony and real tony are having bad days.
