Sushi. Sushi is something that to me should be kept as close to (contemporary) traditional as possible. When you start getting real weird with it then it begins to lose it’s appeal to me. I don’t want a beef on weck roll and I don’t want a buffalo roll or a cheektowaga roll…WTF is this shit charles? That’s just me. ---

Tokyo Shanghai Bistro on Elmwood was really good. Chinese/Japanese fusion. My avocado roll was good, but I heard rave reviews about the other rolls. I also got curry tofu which was fucking awesome. ---
